About Linda J. Smith, RN,BSN,CMC
A registered nurse for over 25 years, Linda is a certified professional geriatric
care manager. Her experience with caring for adults with disabilities
and seniors spans more than two decades.
Linda has a reputation as a compassionate health care
professional who teaches her clients how to identify community
resources, advocate for quality support and more easily manage their health challenges. As a result, she helps families lower their stress, save
money and achieve optimal conditions for healthy living.
After receiving her bachelors of science in nursing from Simmons
College, Linda gained a broad range of experiences in hospitals including Massachusetts General as well as through various home health care agencies where she learned to assist families dealing with complex issues.
Her familiarity with numerous conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, heart failure, lung disease and memory loss, along with her passion for client advocacy and education, resulted in the creation of Metrowest Eldercare Management.
In order to service all of her client's needs, she maintains strategic
alliances with qualified allied professionals in areas such as:
- elder and estate planning law
- medicine
- nursing
- physical and occupational therapy
- finance
- housing
- transportation
- counseling
- personal care
and creatively blends various payment options to produce a working plan.

Personal
Linda spends her free time country two step dancing and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two daughters in Metro West. She volunteers for the Community Emergency
Response Team and a local free medical clinic.
